Icicle Ridge Winery is what it is today because of the incredible people who work here. The family and staff at Icicle Ridge Winery not only provide an experience for you, they get to live the experience from the vineyard to the cellar to hosting events. Our staff is not just on the payroll, they are a part of the family, and it shows in how they take care of the people who visit our winery, or give us a call. Icicle Ridge Winery is not just a vineyard, it is not just a tasting room, it is not just another winery... .it is the place we all call "Home"!
LOUIE AND JUDY WAGONER
Founders
In the winter of 1964 a young, adventurous and quite mischievous "country boy" from Peshastin, Washington was skiing on the slopes of Stevens Pass. As he entered the lodge to grab some breakfast (usually hot water with a package of ketchup stirred into it and stolen crackers from the tables), he eyed a beautiful blonde "city girl" from Seattle sitting at the counter with a huge breakfast platter sitting in front of her. He immediately strolled right up to her and without saying a word, stole the bacon right off her plate... Thus began the relationship of Lou and Judy Wagoner, founders of Icicle Ridge Winery.

DON WOOD
Winemaker
A chemist by trade, a musician at heart, and one could say our Winemaker, Don Wood, makes "music in a bottle." What does Don love most about being a winemaker? "It's the human element. It's when the wine is all finished and bottled and we are sitting in the tasting room with some guests and someone says "Wow! That's the first wine I've ever liked." I mark my days by the cool people I meet". With his father-in-law at his side, Don and Louie make wine for every wine palate imaginable and have a blast doing it!
KRISTEN WOOD
Event Director
Kristen is Louie and Judy's first born blonde daughter. She is the "Julie McCoy" of Icicle Ridge! Her wide eyed smile and gracious demeanor set the tone for our events, keeps her husband Don (Winemaker) on track, and helps in design and marketing. You can find proof of her artistic and creative eye in the design of our members only "Gathering Room", wine labels, "Wine is Good" merchandise... the list goes on and on.
KAMI DUNCAN
General Manager
Kami is the second blonde daughter. Her passion is our wine club. Kami believes our wine club members are the heartbeat of Icicle Ridge Winery. Managing the A-Z of every quarterly shipment is no small task. Kami hand selects the wines, writes the recipes, coordinates the packaging, and loves dreaming up "members only" events to celebrate all our dear and wonderful wine club members. But that is not the end of what she does at Icicle Ridge. Ask anyone, "She is kind of a big deal".
And yes, Kami and Kristen truly, LOVE working together as sisters.
RACHEL BOLELLI
Creative Director
Officially her title is Creative Design and Marketing, but she is IT! Rachel makes everybody else look good. When she is not creating new marketing ideas, planning events, updating the website, or organizing our whole operation, Rachel also is busy shopping for all the fun items at our wine shop and "foofing" all the beautiful décor both at the shop and winery.
KRISTIN COLLIER
Wine Club Administrator
The best customer service person ever! With a smile on her face and sweetness in her voice, Kristin takes care of all our wonderful friends who call the winery. She truly loves to help our customers and enjoys being a part of Icicle Ridge Winery. It is hard to believe, but she really is as sweet and nice as she sounds on the phone!
